Monday- CHILE VERDE
Chunks of pork in a secret, light green tomato sauce.
Tuesday- STEAK A LA CHICANA
Choice of Black Angus top sirloin strips or boneless chicken with green peppers and onions sautéed in salsa ranchera.
Wednesday- CARNITAS
Choice of Black Angus top sirloin strips or boneless chicken sautéed with green peppers, onions and spices. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
Thursday- CARNE ASADA
Slices of char-broiled skirt steak. Served with guacamole, two broiled green onions and Jalapenos.
Friday- CHILE COLORADO
Tender chunks of beef, simmered in a red sauce of tomatoes, onions, peppers and spices.
Saturday- STEAK TORERO
11 oz. char-broiled Black Angus top sirloin, topped with sautéed onions and green peppers.

Arroz con Pollo
Boneless breast of chicken, sautéed in a special tomatoe sauce with mushrooms, diced tomatoes and spring onions. Served over a bed of Spanish rice and melted cheese.
Pollo con Crema
Boneless chicken breast with a sour cream white and yellow cheese sauce, bell peppers, onions, rice and beans.
Pollo en Mole
Boneless chicken in a tasty, sweet and spicy Mexican sauce and tortillas.
Pollo Asado
Grilled boneless and skinless butterflied breast of chicken, marinated with citrus juice, "achiote" annatto tree seeds and spices. Served with tortillas.
Pollo Chipotle

Camarones Apretalados
Fried prawns wrapped in bacon on a bed of bell peppers, rice and beans. Topped with melted white cheese.

Three fried corn tortillas filled with chicken or picadillo. Topped with lettuce, spring onions, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

Two enchiladas, chicken or beef, topped with green tomatillo sauce, melted cheese and sour cream.
Sopitos
Homemade corn masa shells filled with beans, shredded beef, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, spring onion and tomato. Served with sour cream and guacamole.
Tacos al Pastor
Three soft double corn tortilla tacos "Al Pastor" (barbecued pork), fresh onion, cilantro and special hot sauce. With choice of refried or whole beans.
Tacos al Carbon
Choice of tender beef skirt steak or marinated chicken, flame broiled, sliced and folded into three soft corn tortillas with pico de gallo. Topped with Parmesan cheese.
